Small rules.
Growing worlds.
Follow a pattern as it becomes. Explore the relationship between repetition, variation, branching and spatial arrangement.

Observe. Read. Interpret.
Documented practices and research provide a starting point. The drawings and interactive rules here are original interpretations; each entry keeps its own context.
02 / Interactive instrument
The growth chamber.
Change the rule, then move through growth stages. The seed makes each variation repeatable.
SVG retains source references and parameters. Animation is paused until you choose to play.
Model, interpretation & limits
These are geometric design models: a divergence-angle spiral, a recursive branching construction and seeded rectangular subdivision. Growth stages reveal a generated form; they do not represent measured developmental time, cell biology or a species-specific growth prediction.
Exports preserve the current frame, seed, settings and source references. Distances use drawing units, not a surveyed site scale.
